Supernova bands are designed for spearfishers seeking responsive propulsion, rapid energy release and particularly powerful shots. Their explosive dipped-latex rubber delivers strong shaft acceleration and high impact on the fish, helping improve shot effectiveness.
Their dynamic behaviour is suited to fast, flat and forceful shooting while maintaining reliable performance at depth. This stability helps preserve high power as pressure increases, providing a more consistent response throughout the descent.
The yellow outer coating combined with a red inner layer gives the bands a distinctive appearance. The UV-resistant treatment helps protect the latex from sunlight and preserve its mechanical properties over time.
The bindings are handmade in our workshop to ensure a clean, precise and reliable assembly. Available in 14 and 16 mm diameters, Supernova bands allow loading effort and power output to be adapted to the speargun configuration, shaft and user preference.
They are supplied as a pair with screw-in wishbones, ready for installation on a speargun.
