Warranties

The equipment we distribute is intended for specific use. The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate implementation and proper use. We reserve the right to modify our products without prior notice. Epsealon shall under no circumstances be held liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery to the user and remains valid for a period of 12 months.

Any item exhibiting a manufacturing defect must be returned to your retailer; the warranty claim will only be processed upon presentation of the equipment warranty card or a duly dated proof of purchase.

The warranty covers identified defects that impair the product's usability, provided they do not result from incorrect or negligent use, lack of maintenance, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

The warranty shall not apply in the event of product modification or attempted repair by the buyer. The warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts at our workshops. Any work performed on a product during the warranty period does not extend the duration of the warranty.
