The Maori circular band with open Dyneema wishbone combines Epsealon’s premium propulsion rubber with a durable, high-performance configuration assembled entirely by hand in our workshop.
Its progressive dipped-latex construction provides smooth and consistent loading together with controlled power delivery during the shot. The circular design ensures balanced traction, improves speargun tracking and helps maintain reliable performance at depth.
This version is fitted with hand-tied bindings, aluminium inserts and an open Dyneema wishbone. The open system makes the Dyneema cord easy to replace when worn: simply cut the existing cord and install a new one without replacing the entire band.
The handmade assembly provides a precise and reliable finish. The aluminium inserts offer excellent durability, while the Dyneema cord reduces metal contact with the shaft, limits unwanted noise and helps protect the shaft notches during loading.
The black outer coating protects the rubber, while the orange inner layer makes it easier to inspect wear near the bindings. A UV-resistant treatment also helps preserve the properties of the latex against sunlight and the marine environment.
Available in 14, 16 and 18 mm diameters, this band is sold individually and supplied ready for installation.
