Application Instructions – Epsealon Carbon Stickers

Our stickers are made from premium-quality vinyl, identical to those used on our carbon fins. Their dual-layer protection system (plastic backing on the reverse side and a strong adhesive transfer film on the front) allows for precise and durable application, but requires careful handling. Follow these steps for best results:

1. Prepare the surface

   Clean the area thoroughly before applying. The surface must be smooth, clean, and completely dry. Avoid any dust, grease, or moisture.

2. Position the sticker

   Place the sticker where you want it, without removing the protective films yet. Once positioned correctly, secure it in place with a piece of tape (scotch) on one edge or in the center to prevent movement.

3. Apply the first half

   Gently lift one side of the sticker and remove the plastic backing underneath halfway.

   Press down this first half using a squeegee or a thick card to avoid air bubbles.

4. Apply the second half

   Remove the tape, lift the remaining side, peel off the rest of the backing, then carefully press down the remaining half of the sticker, smoothing it from the center outward.

5. Final adhesion

   Go over the entire surface again with the squeegee to ensure perfect adhesion and remove any trapped air.

6. Remove the transfer film

   Once the sticker is firmly applied, slowly and carefully peel off the top transfer film at a low angle with a steady, gentle motion.

Your sticker is now perfectly applied—bubble-free, smooth, and ready to endure time, water, and friction.
